Damian (Dom) B. Gosheff, Attorney

Dom assists individuals plan for the future and establish their legacy through estate planning, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, and planned charitable giving. He counsels clients on strategies to maximize the transfer of family wealth while minimizing tax burden, including estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer, and income tax for individuals, estates and trusts. Additionally, Dom provides counsel on guardianships and other protective proceedings for minors and incapacitated adults.


A lifelong Fort Wayne resident, Dom is married to Jenny, with whom he recently celebrated their 19th anniversary. He enjoys spending his free time with her and their three children. Dom marks 2005 as his favorite year - that is the year he and Jenny graduated law school, passed the bar, obtained their first jobs as attorneys, got married, purchased their home together, started a family, and, most importantly, celebrated together when the White Sox won the World Series. 


Prior to establishing his boutique estate planning firm, Dom cultivated his estate and trust practice for nearly 18 years as a partner at one of the nation’s top 50 law firms.
